We'd like to extend our well wishes and thanks to all our followers and everyone that has supported our team in one way or another.

By the way, how great do Team "Thirst Responders" - Sh*tbox Rally Spring christmas lights look! (Next time ill get pics after dark 😂)

When David Jones isn't on a rally, he is raising money for a different foundation or donating his time to the Rural Fire Service. Since taking these photos he has surpassed his $5000 goal for the make a wish foundation! Go Dave!

We made it!

We crossed the finish line this afternoon after a massive week of beers, food, laughs, and plenty of kilometres. Its been such a massive achievement and its almost a bit sad to see it come to an end.

I'd like to extend my gratitude to everyone that has played a part in this process, every one of our sponsors, everyone who has helped prepare the car for the rally, all of the other teams that have helped along the way, and anyone who has made a donation to this great cause. Your efforts are truly appreciated and we couldn't have achieved it without your help. ❤️

Sh*tbox Rally day 6 and 7!

Apologies again for the delay, phone signal has been hard to come by!

Yesterday we drove from Bourke to Nindigully, along the way we stopped at Goodooga Artesian Spring for a dip before heading on to Hebel pub. From there we headed for Nindigully where we camped for the night at the pub.

This morning we hit the road from Nindigully headed for the finish line at Mudgeeraba. We had a great run, and were among the first groups to cross the finish line.

Sh*tbox rally day 4 and 5!

Sorry for the lack of updates, i haven't had any reception and can't get the starlink to go 🫠

Made it into Silverton yesterday with a bit of daylight to spare after a great run through the flinders ranges.

Set up last night at Penrose park and had a short walk to the pub for dinner.

Left Silverton this morning and had a fairly clean run through to Tilpa pub, before heading on to Bourke.

Fingers crossed i can get the starlink to work so i can update more regularly!

We finished the last 400kms of the Oodnadatta track this morning without any trouble, also checked out William Creek Hotel and Lake Eyre on the way through.

Set up now in Copley and ready to hit the road to Silverton tomorrow!

If you don't laugh you'll cry. At least we have a few hundred k's of bitumen in the morning to dry things out. If you see a green falcon flying a sleeping bag flag tomorrow between Yulara and Marla tomorrow don't fear, its just us. 🫠
