🎼🍽️ The Bonnie Doon Social Table will gather at the Commercial Hotel in Mansfield at 6pm tonight for an evening of socialising, connection, excellent food and good company.

We invite you to participate in our new program, featuring expressive movement and mindfulness through dance, at the BDCC this morning.
The event is scheduled for the 29th of May at 11:30am in the library located at 75 Arnot Street, Bonnie Doon.

The cost per session is $10 for a block of 5 weeks ($50 total) if paid upfront, or $15 for a casual class.

This program is open to all ages and abilities, and everyone is welcome.

We're asking Neighbourhood Houses and supporters of the sector to call the Treasurer and a handful of key-decision makers this week to make sure they !

We've provided scripts and additional points of reference to make it as easy as possible. Feel free to add your own personalisations, including stories or statistics from your Neighbourhood House, or to share with your communities.

We've included both the Ministerial office and electorate office numbers.

I’m calling to ask Ben Carroll to support neighbourhood house funding to previous levels through an increase in the upcoming state budget.

Over the past 10 years, neighbourhood house funding has decreased by 20% in real terms.

Neighbourhood Houses across Victoria are already reducing staff, cutting hours and scaling back programs — right now, when community need is growing.

We’re asking Ben Carroll to support a 25% increase to the Neighbourhood House Coordination Program.
