The Mill Hill / Bondi Junction Precinct is an organisation run by dedicated residents who represent the interests and needs of the public who reside in the area. Established as part of Waverley Council's community consultation, this precinct holds 5 public meetings per year at Waverley Library, 32-48 Denison St, Sydney NSW 2022. All precinct meetings are open to the general public to attend and pa

rticipate. As a group we continue to strive to assist locals in protecting their residential amenity by providing advice on noise, alcohol-related disturbances, development applications, safety issues, liaising with the NSW Police Force - Waverley Local Area Command, and to ensure there is regular and effective dialogue between residents and the business community. They will also provide you with an opportunity to raise topics or matters affecting you as an individual or the wider community (although there are restrictions for non residents in relation to voting). If you are a local resident we strongly encourage you to join us - so please keep a look out for a mauve notice in your letter box that gives details of all our meetings, along with times, locations and agenda. Members of the precinct executive also participate in combined precinct meetings co-ordinated by Waverley Council which cover more broader related projects/matters within Waverley, which are being implemented by local council.
