Men’s health conversations aren’t always easy – especially when living with MS or another neurological condition.

Our Men’s Health & MS: Cancer Prevention and Screening Session, presented by Cancer Council NSW, is an opportunity to learn more about cancer prevention and screening in a supportive, relaxed environment where questions and shared experiences are welcomed.

It’s a chance to hear reliable information, connect with others, and have open conversations about health and wellbeing without judgement. The session is open to all men to join.

📅 Join us on Thursday 18 June 2026 | 12noon – 1pm

⭐Celebrating 70 years of MS Plus ⭐

As we mark this incredible milestone, we take a moment to reflect on the people who have helped shape our journey and strengthen our community over the decades.

In this special video, we want to highlight our long-term volunteers Marilyn and Tig and the impact they create as part of the MS Plus community. Marilyn, who has been involved since 2000, represents the enduring commitment and generosity that our volunteers bring to everything we do.

On this 70th anniversary, MS Plus extends its heartfelt thanks to Marilyn and Tig for their outstanding support, dedication, and contribution. Their ongoing involvement has made a meaningful difference to the lives of people living with multiple sclerosis and their families.

We are deeply grateful to all our volunteers, supporters and staff – past and present – who continue to be part of the MS Plus story.

Here’s to 70 years of impact, and to the journey ahead.

Fatigue isn’t just feeling tired. For many people living with MS, it can show up unexpectedly, linger, and make everyday tasks feel harder than they should.

You don’t have to navigate that alone.
FACETS is a supportive, small-group program designed to help you better understand your fatigue and explore practical ways to manage your energy, pace your day, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. It’s evidence-based and guided by experienced professionals – so you can build strategies that work for real life.

If fatigue has been getting in the way of what matters to you, this could be a helpful next step.

🌍 World MS Day 🌍

MS can be unpredictable. Some days feel manageable – others, not so much.

But behind every experience is resilience, adaptation, and quiet strength.

Today, we stand with everyone living with MS – and the people who walk alongside them. Because no one should have to navigate it alone.
At MS Plus, we’re here for the real moments – the challenges, the wins, and everything in between.

❤️ However MS shows up for you, you’re not alone.

What does feeling at home mean to you?

For many people, it’s the little things – familiar routines, comfort, and knowing support is there when you need it.

This May, we’re celebrating those “ahhh” moments that come with the right support.
