Today another beautiful day in paradise, VRA Rescue members from Binalong came together with the local community for 2 events, Reveal of new AED & Community First Aid Awareness. The reveal of another AED for community use should the need arise at the local Police Station, AED and Stand were donated by the Binalong Progress Association and VRA Rescue NSW Binalong. Leonie Hunter placed the AED in the stand now ready for use. Following this members done a demonstration on how the AED works and community members tried using the training packs that we have, they all tried the 30 compressions & 2 breaths, "Its harder than you think" was the main comment. Members were proud of those that gave it a go and asked questions. Thank you to everyone that turned up and support us and our community

Sunday Session Done Right: RCR Edition! 👨‍🚒💥

Today marked the final training run for Elle and Rodger before their Road Crash Rescue assessment next weekend.
We’ve spent the last month tackling realistic, high-pressure scenarios to get them fully prepared.
Check out the photos to see what the team has been up to.
Thanks to those who have donated the vehicles for us to train with. 🚗🛠️

We wish Elle and Rodger the best of luck for next weekend!
