This Saturday (12th November), 1pm at Whitbread Park (corner of Barnsbury Grove and Bexley Road), Chris Minns has arranged for the Bayside Mayor and award Local Ward Councillors to brief the Community on the planning pathway for this planning proposal.

It's back...!!!!! 88-96 New Illawarra Road and 307-311A Bexley Road, Bexley North.

Up to 100 units, rezoning the petrol station and adjacent sites to allow 1 x 6 storey and 2 x 5 storey buildings!

Despite not being supported by Council, objective letters and calls of over development from local residents and Chris Minns in 2019, the proposal was considered to have merit from the Sydney Eastern City Planning Panel.

We, as a community, have until the 21st November to make a submission.
