Direct adoption.

Rolly is a very social girl, she has lived beautifully at the rescue with males dogs from puppy to senior, however is very selective with other females dogs.

One of Rolly’s standout qualities is her suitability with children. She’s a friendly and gentle soul, making her an ideal companion for families with kids. Her warm-hearted nature and patience will surely win the hearts of everyone in your household. Rolly is untested with cats however with introductions Rolly may be suitable.

Ending what’s been a challenging year on a high. KOBE and MISSIE have been lucky enough to find their forever homes 🥰 Happy New Year 🥳

Lesley and Josh 🤩 travelled from Broken Hill to meet the dogs. Kobe and Missie will be the best dogs they can be with lots of camping and river adventures ahead not forgetting the car rides that Kobe will adore ❤️

Thank you Lesley and Josh for your generosity and willingness to give both the beautiful dogs a loving home ❤️

A very Merry Christmas to everybody here in Iron Dog land .

A special mention to all rescuers, transporters, shelter staff and Rangers . It’s been an unprecedented year ..we can only trust people will wake up and stick by the puppies they breed or buy .

In the meantime we enjoyed the day with our gorgeous hearts …here’s just a few that brightened our day .

Whilst we love our Rottweilers, we have other breeds that very much would like to find their forever homes, we struggle getting our other dogs seen/noticed so today can you help us out? Young Axel (D:O:B 26 March 2022) is ready to find his forever home, he is a very sweet boy with a kind soul who would benefit from some training and seeing the world and all the good things it brings. Axel loves his toys and could play for hours. He is neat in his run, travels fine in the car, walks good on lead once the excitement calms down.

We have had him running with one of our young female dogs with no issues but a meet with any dogs is a must.

Untested with cats and small animals

We have grown over the last year and need more people to help us help the dogs! We are looking for volunteers to do various tasks some remotely, others require you to come and visit us at the rescue!

*Remotely*

Book keeping/ paperwork
Foster Coordinators

*On site* (Located in Bethungra NSW)

Property maintenance
Lawn mowing/ gardening

(Even if you spare one day a month to come onsite and help us out )

* Must be comfortable around large breed dogs and able to follow instructions if on site 😊*
