The CAAPS Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Sharples as Chief Executive Officer of CAAPS Aboriginal Corporation.
Many of you will know Charlie, who has served as Interim CEO since July 2026. During this time, Charlie has demonstrated strong leadership, dedication and a deep commitment to CAAPS, our staff and the communities we serve.
A proud Kaytetye man, Charlie brings extensive experience and a strong vision for the future of CAAPS, with a focus on culturally safe, community-led services and meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal people, families and communities.
