With Spring starting this week, over the weekend our volunteers have been busy putting away winter stock and bringing out summer stock. With the racks now full, come in and say g’day and have a browse.

Today, as we mark the International Day of the Disappeared, we hold in our thoughts all those who remain missing and the families and loved ones living with the uncertainty of not knowing where they are or what has happened to them. Around the world, conflict, disasters, migration and other crises continue to separate families, including those currently affected by the situation unfolding in Nepal.

Australian Red Cross stands with people searching for unaccounted-for family members and works alongside Red Cross and Red Crescent partners around the world to help restore contact through our Restoring Family Links service.

For Australian nationals in Nepal and their immediate family members seeking consular assistance, please contact the Australian Government Consular Emergency Centre on 1300 555 135 within Australia or +61 2 6261 3305 internationally.

For people with missing family members in Nepal, or in any area affected by disaster, conflict or migration, please contact Australian Red Cross's Restoring Family Links service on 1800 875 199.
