Looking after our social and emotional wellbeing is part of who we are as mob

If things feel heavy, don’t carry it on your own. Reach out and have a yarn with someone you trust- family, Elders, friends, or a support service. Speaking up is a strong step, not a weak one.

We’re stronger together. Walk alongside each other, check in, and remind our mob that support is always there. You matter, your story matters, and you’re never alone

Yesterday on ANZAC Day, we paused to remember and honour our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander servicemen and women who fought with strength, courage, and pride for Country.

We pay our respects to those who served, those who never returned, and the families who continue to carry their legacy.
Lest we forget.

For our Indigenous warriors who fought for our Country, we honour your strength, your courage, and your sacrifice. You stood tall in the face of adversity, protecting not only the land beneath your feet, but the spirit, culture, and stories that have been carried for generations.

We remember the resilience you showed, the battles you foughtβ€”both seen and unseenβ€”and the legacy you leave behind. Your connection to Country, your leadership, and your unwavering determination continue to guide and inspire us today.

We walk in your footsteps with pride, carrying forward your knowledge, your truth, and your fight, ensuring that your sacrifices are never forgotten and that your spirit lives on in all of us πŸ–€πŸ’›β€οΈ
