Wednesday dance is taking a break for the remainder of the winter as I will be heading north to assist on a retreat and a much needed holiday amongst other journeys into the forest.

Good morning dancing friends,
Dance will be on tomorrow night (Wednesday 19th) at 6pm-7.15pm.

Come thaw out with me and shed any heaviness that has been hanging around these winter months. Winter is generally a time for hibernation and going inward to sit with our internal worlds. A beautiful ally to that process is the practice of exploratory expression through movement. To allow for any stagnant narratives or feelings to shift and and release through the body.

Looking forward to dancing with you all.

Where: bermagui community hall (next to the library on Bunga st).
Cost: $15 or $10 concession

Dance will be on tomorrow night (Wednesday 21st of June) at the bermagui community hall next to the public library on Bunga st!

What is ecstatic dance you might ask.
This space is for you to come and move freely in your bodies, to explore expression through movement. To explore the expression of your internal world through movement. To get in touch with your bodies and allow them to respond to the music in whatever way it feels to.
This is a safe, non- judgmental space for all ages and capabilities. There is no dance experience required. Just a willingness to move your bodies.

Time: 6pm- 7.15pm
Cost: $15 or $10 concession (cash at door or bank transfer)

Reach out if you’d like to come for free as I always need helpers with set up/pack down.

After a much needed rest and get away post graduation dance has returned to the bermagui hall.
I’m looking forward to dancing with you all Wednesday the 7th.
Welcoming in the winter months with a warming dance session is what I need.
