Aussie Optimism Aussie Optimism is a social-emotional learning (SEL) and mental health promotion program for students in primary and high school.

The program is based in WA and supported by the Mental Health Commission and Curtin University.

This incursion is designed for schools that are currently implementing the Aussie Optimism program. We explore the ways you can be a "mental health hero" - being strong inside, overcoming challenges, and helping others.

APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN for our upcoming Train-the-Trainer program from 4th-7th November 2025.

The Train-the-Trainer program is fully funded by the WA Mental Health Commission, including a complete resource kit for each new trainer, as well as flights, accommodation and transport for trainers from rural and regional Western Australia.
