Happy Friday parkrunners! We're all set for parkrunday tomorrow, with blue skies on the way and a full vollie roster ready to go.

Looking ahead, we do have plenty of spots to fill over the next few weeks. If you can spare an hour or so on a Saturday morning, we'd be incredibly grateful. Volunteering is a great way to support the event and keep things running smoothly.

Hi EOpers!

Well the weather was very kind to us today with a beautiful sunny morning.

We had lots milestones today, a 10, 3x 25, a 50 and a 200. Well done to all of you. We also had some international visitors from Wales. And our very own ED, Stuart, clicked over to 100 parkruns today.

This week 102 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 22 were first timers and 10 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

Edinburgh Oval parkrun started on 1st February 2020. Since then 5,276 participants have completed 23,847 parkruns covering a total distance of 119,235 km, including 3,510 new Personal Bests. A total of 513 individuals have volunteered 2,940 times.

Only two more sleeps until parkrunday! The weather looks like it might be kind to us as well.

We are on the hunt for two more vollies please. One of them being the Barcode Scanner, and the other is Photographer.

This week 75 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 25 were first timers and 9 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 7 different clubs took part.

Eighty-seven (87) participants and nine (9) volunteers braved the squally conditions and a late hailstorm to celebrate our 300th parkrun. We had people from as far away as Austria and Melbourne (who no doubt felt at home with the weather).

We also welcomed 3 first-timers to EoP including a first time parkrunner!

Bradley Philp celebrated his 100th volunteer and 350th run as well! Go Bradley!! Helen Brown had a 200th and Paul Shannon had a 300th too.
