Not only do we have weekly meetings to hear speakers, and support each other helping our business grow, but we try to do a monthly event to help people get to know each other, a bit more and have some fun. This month we did the trivia night at Sonder, and we won first prize and second prize.

Yesterday, we had our business services Power team present. A power team, is having a group of individual business representatives, that work together to help the end client through all of the stages of a process.
This week we saw Intelligen Technology Solutions, Chloe Ziola, Victoria X the Finance Gal, Fully Promoted Oakleigh, AP Taxation and Cultivate Digital all talk through the process and how each part of the service relates.

David Littlejohn talked us through the value of the USP (unique selling proposition) during the education session

A big thank you to the visitors and guests who attended this week's meeting at Mid Morning Networkers in Bentleigh.
Two really good presenters.

We heard Louis Shivarev from talking about the Section 32, and the importance of having all the documents to prepare for the sale of a property, and your responsibilities as the seller and also from Andrew Melas from HIVE Real Estate.

Andrew gave us an overview of the future of Real Estate. AI can't sell houses, people can and it's the personal relationships that will make it work..
