A fantastic BNI meeting today.
This morning, we were pleased to welcome Josh Faiman from Suburban Trades to our chapter. It’s always great to see our business community continue to grow with new members and fresh expertise.
We also had two valuable presentations:
🛡️ Sarah Bridgman from Spectrum Risk Advisory spoke about business insurance risk profiles and how to make sure your current cover will respond when it matters most. A practical reminder that the right insurance advice can make a major difference when unexpected situations arise.
🏡 Louis Shivarev from TNS Lawyers shared what he looks for as a lawyer when buying a property. Valuable insights for anyone navigating the property market and wanting to avoid costly mistakes.

Another fantastic BNI meeting last Wednesday.
This time, we celebrated our monthly achievements and recognised the continued growth, referrals, and support within our chapter.
We also had two valuable presentations from our members:
💼 Victoria X the Finance Gal from VMX Finance Concierge shared practical tips on how businesses can become Tier 1 customers, the kind of clients banks actively want to support. A great reminder of the importance of strong financial positioning and preparation.
📈 Shruti Mouli from Shruti Mouli Coaching demonstrated how to successfully grow your business with clarity, strategy, and the right mindset. Her presentation highlighted the value of focused guidance when taking a business to the next level.

Another strong BNI meeting last Wednesday.
This week, we were pleased to welcome Rimjhim Jain from Fully Promoted Oakleigh to our chapter. It’s always great to see our business community growing with new members and fresh expertise.
We also had two excellent presentations:
💻 Shamus Dougan from Intelligen Technology Solutions spoke about cybersecurity basics every business should have in place to reduce the risk of being hacked. A timely and practical reminder for all business owners.
⚡ Cameron Ansell from Servicepro Electrical used a creative bingo game to showcase the wide range of electrical services he provides. A great way to make the presentation engaging and memorable.

Another valuable BNI meeting last Wednesday with a great joint presentation from Andrew Melas of Hive Realty, our real estate agent, and Daniel Stein of Select Advice Finance, our mortgage broker.
Together, they shared how they support clients through the process of buying and selling property. From understanding the market and finding the right opportunity, to securing finance and moving through the transaction with confidence.
They also highlighted one of BNI's key strengths: connecting clients with trusted professionals. In this case, their client was referred to other businesses within our group to access quality services and support throughout the process.
A great example of collaboration, trust, and the power of a strong referral network.

Another valuable BNI meeting last Wednesday with two insightful presentations from our members.
⚖️ David Littlejohn from Littlejohn Legal discussed the importance of having the right legal protections in place, including wills, powers of attorney, and the range of legal services they provide to help clients plan and protect their future.
💰 We also had a great discussion with Nick Faustin from Income Streams Advice about the importance of seeking professional financial advice and how the right guidance can help people make smarter long-term financial decisions.
Strong presentations, practical knowledge, and meaningful conversations are exactly what make our chapter so valuable each week.

Another great BNI meeting yesterday as we celebrated our monthly achievements and the continued growth within our chapter.
We also had two valuable presentations from our members:
🏡 Cassandra Crowe from Terrahaven Property Management shared the responsibilities of a property manager and the important role proactive management plays in protecting investments and supporting both landlords and tenants.
🔑 Mark Kenny - Buyer Advocate Melbourne from Property Home Base presented a client case study, demonstrating how he helped them successfully find and purchase a home. Guiding them through the process with strategy, market knowledge, and support.

A great BNI meeting yesterday with a powerful combined presentation.
We had a fantastic joint session with:
🏡 Zoe Victoria Allen from Zoe Victoria Design, our interior designer
📐 Ekaterina Svyatitskaya from Katdesign, our architect
Together, they demonstrated how collaboration between an architect and an interior designer can significantly improve project outcomes. From better space planning and functionality to a more cohesive and refined final result.
A strong reminder that the best results often come from the right professionals working together from the start.
Another valuable session with our BNI chapter. Learning, collaborating, and growing together.

Great insights at our BNI meeting yesterday.
We had two valuable presentations from our members:

📐 Mark van Tatenhove from SAS Site Audits demonstrated how he uses 3D interior scans to deliver accurate, reliable site information, helping to streamline design and construction processes from the very beginning.

A standout BNI meeting yesterday.
We were honoured to have our National Director, Frederick Marcoux, join us as a special guest. Always valuable to hear insights from leadership at that level.
We also had two excellent presentations:
🏡 Fiona Zhang from Sereneland shared why building the right strategy in property investment is key to securing long-term wealth. A clear, structured approach makes all the difference.
👶 Emma Coubard from Inspire Chiropractic demonstrated how they support babies and children through chiropractic care, highlighting the importance of early intervention and gentle, tailored treatment.
