Topps NFL Flagship Football is back, and we’re celebrating with a massive night of pack ripping, games, giveaways and special guests!

The NBA found the Clippers breached salary-cap circumvention rules relating to Kawhi Leonard’s off-court income arrangements.

The punishment is enormous: $US30m fine, Steve Ballmer suspended for a year, Kawhi fined $US700k — and the Clippers lose FIVE future draft picks.

The Clippers strongly deny wrongdoing and say they’ll fight the ruling, but losing five upcoming draft picks could hurt the franchise for years.

Imagine being that bad that even when you cheat you still don't make the playoffs
