Dragon City Marshals are volunteers who work as a team to achieve the smooth and safe running of Public, Professional, Charitable and Community activities and events. They strive to ensure that these events commence and finish on time. Special emphasis is placed on public relations, and members are trained to act as ambassadors for the organisations they serve. Where large crowds congregate, membe
rs marshal spectators in a way that assures thy gain the maximum enjoyment and participation. Marshals provide for the rapid notification to relevant authorities of emergencies and other requests for assistance. By their Prompt initial actions, they aim to significantly reduce any dangers that may be present. Marshals make written observations of their activities, enabling them to provide valuable advice to organisers. It is our policy to liaise closely with event organisers to avoid at all costs 'taking' over an activity. It is your show, we're only here to help. Dragon City Marshals provide the expertise, equipment and manpower, applied with a great deal of good-natured humour, to make any event a success for it's organisers and fun for it's participants.
