A message we just received

Hi Bendigo LGBTIQ Christians Team!

My name is Josh Dema, a out and proud gay cellist from Melbourne! I am coming to perform in a Piano Quartet at Bendigo's Langley Estate on Sunday 14th April.

It has been tricky advertising our concert all the way from Melbourne, and I wanted to ask if you would be comfortable sharing a post about our concert?

I was thinking some of your members might be interested in a classical music performance. I aim to create a safe space for all audience members to experience music. Also, we'll be performing music written by a Female (French) composer, which is a good change from the usual male-dominated composer world.

Thank you for all the feedback about local Churches and we are sorry to all who are in Parish's who are not welcoming and affirming.

With the Bendigo pride festival fast approaching we are hoping to compile a list of welcoming and affirming Churches in Bendigo
If you have any recommendations please inbox us.
It would be nice to have at least one from each denomination (although this may not be possible)

Please note we are not looking for a list of Priests but actual Parish's as some Parish's may have amazingly welcoming Priests (or assistant Priest's) but may not be a welcoming and affirming Parish
