We're proud to call Peppergreen Farm our Wednesday morning home.

Follow the link to a wonderful podcast that shines a light on the people, purpose and community impact of Peppergreen Farm.

Every week, our members enjoy breakfast and fellowship in this inspiring setting, but it's easy to forget just how much important work happens here every day.

We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to watch and learn more about this remarkable Bendigo organisation and the opportunities it creates for people in our community.

Congratulations to the Peppergreen Farm team on this well-deserved recognition. We look forward to seeing you again next Wednesday at 7.00am!

And by the way community-minded people are always welcome at Rotary. Whether you're looking to make new connections, contribute your skills, support local projects, or simply learn more about what we do, we'd be delighted to welcome you to a breakfast meeting.

📢We are beyond excited to have featured on the Australian Farmers Telling Our Story podcast last month!
Our farm manager Daniel sat down with host Angie Asimus to chat everything PGF - most importantly about what we do as a social enterprise, who we support, and the difference we're proud to make in our community 💚

A few weeks ago, we put out a call for donations of furniture, kitchen items, and household goods for local families beginning a new chapter in Australia.

The response from our community was incredible.

These photos capture just a small glimpse of the impact your kindness has had.

On behalf of everyone involved, thank you to every person who donated, shared our appeal, or helped collect and distribute items.

Together, we have demonstrated the very best of community spirit.

Attention all members and friends, we are collecting essentials for local and newly settled families in need this winter. If you're decluttering, we welcome new or clean second-hand items in good condition: beds, mattresses, linen, washing machines, refrigerators, working appliances, glasses, dinner sets, and cutlery.

The Karen community also require gardening and general tools as many who have settled into their homes are now beginning to make gardens and grow vegetables.

To discuss / arrange your donation, contact our Rotary club via FB message here or email at [email protected]

With April recognised as Rotary’s Environment Month, today our small team spent time at Comet Hill caring for the trees we’ve committed to nurturing — helping restore this beautiful space for the North Bendigo community and the students of Lightning Reef Primary School to enjoy into the future. If caring for the environment is something you are interested in, our club warmly welcomes you to join us sometime.

This week members of Rotary Club of Bendigo Sandhurst were honoured to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from Council following the Easter Festival.

While the markets may now be packed away, moments like this remind us that what we do is about so much more than a single weekend.

It’s about the incredible people — volunteers, stallholders, supporters — who come together to make something special for Bendigo.

We’re proud to play our part and grateful for the recognition.
