Tradie business owners, this one's for you 🛠️

Running a trades business can be rewarding, but it can also be isolating.

That's why we're launching Tradie Connect.

A new Be.Bendigo initiative designed to bring local trades business owners and leaders together for honest conversations, shared experiences and stronger connections across our industry.

Join us for our launch event and hear from local business owners Simon Rosa from Simon Rosa Landscaping, Adam Dobeli from Dobeli Electrical Services and Todd Newman from Todd Newman Builders as they share the lessons, challenges and insights they've gained through their business journeys.

There'll also be the chance to ask questions, connect with others who understand the pressures of business ownership and be part of building a stronger trades community in Bendigo.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Bendigo Radiology for our May After 5.

It was a fantastic opportunity to step behind the scenes of the newly renovated Lucan Street clinic, learn more about the important role medical imaging plays in healthcare across our region and get an up-close look at Bendigo Radiology's new state-of-the-art CT scanner.

Last week, Be.Bendigo CEO Hayley Tibbett joined business and community leaders from across the region for the Bendigo CEO Sleepout in support of the incredible work Bendigo Winter Night Shelter Inc. does for people experiencing homelessness in our community.

The shelter operates seven nights a week during winter, from June through to mid-September, when cold temperatures increase the risks associated with sleeping rough. Along with a safe place to sleep, Bendigo Winter Night Shelter provides warmth, meals and support for those doing it tough during the colder months.

A big thank you to everyone involved in the event and to the volunteers, supporters and organisations who help make Bendigo Winter Night Shelter possible each year.
