Multicultural Care We are a leading not-for-profit provider of culturally tailored in-home care support services. Our qualified team of support staff speak over 20 languages.

Multicultural Care is a non profit, non government organisation that has been meeting the care needs of Sydney’s multicultural communities for over 30 years. We deliver best practice home care services for older people and people with disability (of all ages) from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. We are dedicated to providing the specific care that each person needs in order to live independently and safely in their own homes.

For more than 40 years, Andreas was part of the heart of Earlwood 💙 As the owner of a beloved Greek biscuit shop, he was famous for his kourabiedes — buttery, sugar-dusted treats that generations of local families grew up loving.

One of those families ran the milk bar next door. Rouba from Multicultural Care still remembers pressing her nose to the shop window as a child, waiting for her dad to buy her and her siblings a sweet treat. Sometimes it’s the simplest moments that stay with us the longest ✨
