POULTRY MARKET SAT 13th of June at The Bellingen show grounds.
All are welcome to come join us for a fabulous morning buying & selling poultry, anyone attending feel free to comment what you will be bringing! We will also have the BBQ cranking out Bacon & Egg rolls for all to enjoy! Please be aware that there is no parking in the show grounds. Only for poultry drop off.
Get in early for an 8am start, sales finish at 11am. A small fee of $1 per bird that gets entered into the sale is required by the club.
Please bring own box’s and cages.
If you have any unwanted poultry bring them along to find a new home. Roosters can be surrendered for $3 per bird.
We ask all venders to stay with their birds and make the sale transaction with the purchaser, this is not the clubs responsibility.
Bio security and health management is very important to us and the local poultry community. we do have a few requirement's of our vendors.
- Please ensure all birds entered in the sale show no physical signs of sickness or disease.
- Before bringing birds into the shed, ensure they are checked for infestations of lice or mites.
- If you are managing outbreaks of disease, illness or parasites in your flock at home please reframe from bringing birds to the sale until your flock is in good health again.
If these rules can be followed by all, our flocks will all stay happy and healthy!
