Bega Valley Riders The Bega Valley Riders are based in the Bega Valley who are one big family. We welcome all bike types. We ride for the love of it and for camaraderie.

We go on regular rides as a group in and around the Bega Valley and Eurobodalla area’s.

Despite the wet roads and drizzle, we still had 7 bikes and a car for the ride through Burragate and Towamba to the Seahorse in at Boydtown. Good to catch up with friends and a couple of new faces. Definitely beat sitting at home watching telly 😁

My sincere apologies for me stuffing up the SMS reminder times for today’s ride but, 19 bikes in total from Bega ran up to the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride. Started off in fog, but soon cleared to be a perfect day for riding. There were 95 bikes in attendance, numerous classic cars and a tractor. I put my bike up to be tested for noise and it read 121 decibels. The loudest bike was 136.
On a serious note, the day was to remind us all about prostate cancer and Mens mental health. It is only a blood test to check for prostate cancer, so do yourself a favour and next time you see the GP, get one done. The figures are staggering and early detection significantly improves outcomes.
