The fun continues these school holidays with another exciting week of adventure, creativity, cooking and community activities!

📅 **Week 2: Monday 6 July – Friday 10 July 2026**

🕘 **Program Hours:** 9:00am – 3:00pm daily

🍳 **Monday – Cooking & Community Challenge Day** *(Activity Fee $10)*
Become a junior chef as we make **Frog in a Pond, Mini Pizza Pinwheels and Rainbow Fruit Skewers**, followed by a fun **Beenleigh Community Scavenger Hunt** and creative craft activities.

🏃 **Tuesday – Obstacle & Games Day** *(FREE Activity)*
A day packed with indoor obstacle courses, relay races, Minute to Win It challenges, giant games and teamwork activities suitable for all abilities.

🌿 **Wednesday – Nature Craft Day** *(Activity Fee $5)*
Get creative outdoors by making your own **Nature Crown**, nature collages, leaf rubbings, pressed flower bookmarks and more!

🤸 **Thursday – Inflatable World Underwood Adventure** *(Activity Fee $23)*
Bounce, climb and play with friends at Inflatable World! Participants are welcome to bring **extra spending money** if they wish to purchase a treat from the café.

🎉 **Friday – Holiday Celebration Day** *(Activity Fee $10)*
Celebrate an amazing two weeks of fun with party games, music, movie time, certificates, awards and create your own **3 Minds Holiday Adventure Scrapbook Page** to remember all the great memories and friendships made!

Looking for an inclusive, engaging and fun-filled school holiday program?

Join us from **Monday 29 June – Friday 3 July** at our **Beenleigh Centre** for an exciting week of science, culture, creativity, outdoor adventures and cooking!

🧪 **Monday:** Science Discovery Day – Experiments, STEM activities & make your own DIY Stress Ball.
🌏 **Tuesday:** Inala Multicultural Festival followed by creating your own traditional Panpipes.
💆 **Wednesday:** Pamper & Self-Care Day – Face painting, temporary tattoos, mindfulness and relaxation.
🌿 **Thursday:** Alexandra Park Nature Adventure – Nature scavenger hunt, picnic and outdoor games.
🍕😴 **Friday:** Pizza & PJ Day – Homemade pizzas, movie, popcorn and a relaxing finish to the week!

💙 **Program Hours:** 9:00am – 3:00pm daily

At 3 Minds QLD, we are proud supporters of the Special Olympics Australia Redlands Club and the incredible opportunities it creates for people of all abilities. ❤️

This year, their freezin’ for a reason! 🥶
The Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge is raising funds for Special Olympics Australia by taking the plunge into icy water — all to help ensure people with intellectual disability and/or autism can continue to access inclusive sporting opportunities across Australia.

Because every Australian deserves the opportunity to experience the joy, confidence, connection, and sense of belonging that sport brings.

Sport should be a place where everyone feels welcomed, included, and supported — without judgement. Special Olympics Redlands. The Redlands Club provides exactly that. Run by dedicated volunteers, this amazing group gives individuals the chance to build confidence, develop independence, improve physical skills, and most importantly, create genuine friendships and connections within the community.

We have seen firsthand the positive impact this club has on participants — from increased confidence and social engagement to the joy that comes from simply being part of a team and achieving personal goals. The impact of these programs extends far beyond the playing field.

By supporting the Polar Plunge, you are helping:

Lest we forget 🌺

At 3 Minds QLD, we pause today to honour the bravery and sacrifice of the men and women who have served our country.

We remember not only those who gave their lives, but also the ongoing strength of veterans, families, and communities impacted by service.

Today is a reminder of resilience, respect, and the importance of supporting one another.

To all the incredible staff working at our local servos ⛽👏

Thank you.

This morning I was speaking with staff, and they shared something that honestly shocked me — they are being abused about fuel prices 4–5 times an hour.

Every hour. Every shift.

That is not okay.

Fuel prices are rising due to global factors, economic pressures, and things far outside the control of the person standing behind the counter.

Yet they are the ones copping the frustration.

What people also forget is — they’re in the exact same position as the rest of us.

They’re paying the same fuel prices.
They’re dealing with the same cost of living pressures.

I run two diesel vehicles for work — I feel it every day. But that frustration does not belong with servo staff.

No one deserves to go to work and be abused just for doing their job.

To the community — we need to do better.
Be kind. Be patient. Think before you speak.

To every servo worker — we see you, we appreciate you, and you deserve respect. 💛

And to our incredible support workers, staff, and frontline teams at 3 Minds QLD 💙

You continue to show up every day — supporting participants, families, and our community — even while facing the same rising costs, fuel pressures, and day-to-day challenges as everyone else.

You are travelling between shifts, using your own vehicles, managing long days, and still giving your time, patience, and care to others.

That does not go unnoticed.

To all support workers, disability staff, and those in caring roles — you are the backbone of what we do. Your consistency, compassion, and commitment make a real difference in people’s lives every single day.

And beyond that — to all workers keeping things running right now…
tradies, retail staff, healthcare workers, transport workers, hospitality staff — everyone feeling the pressure but still turning up — thank you.

The world keeps moving because of people like you.

We see you. We appreciate you. And you deserve respect. 💛
