Beechworth Landcare is an active Landcare group supporting the empowerment of local community to ensure a sustainable future for our land, water and biodiversity. BULS works in partnership with other land management agencies including Indigo Shire, North East Catchment Management Authority (NECMA), Parks Victoria and Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA). Landcare Victoria a

lso arranges affordable insurance cover and provides grant and asset management auspice support. Being part of a group provides social connections, friendship, and practical and emotional support. Community participation not only provides valuable local insight but also instills a level of accountability. Drawing on local knowledge from a diverse group creates solutions that are practical and effective.
