When you trust your intuition and know what your body needs you are able to heal. Something that I have always known is what my body needs, not that I have always listened. 2022 has been a year that I have completely trusted and listened to my intuition and guidance. Our latest healing tool has been amazing I have learnt to honour myself and focus on my own health and Wellness through different potions that I resonate with. I have meditated and delved deep for my own healing journey. I am enjoying the quiet time and only offering ph sessions this year. Step into your power and trust where life takes you. 2023 is my personal 8 year where I look forward to reconnecting to be of service in person as well as my usual phone readings. Healing the physical body with this amazing tool.
Although it's only new I can already see the difference.This year many have taken the time to heal old ancestral patterns. 2023 will see many of us rise up with a new strength and a feeling of all the heaviness gone. This year has seen me focus on gut health and a complete change of diet.
In over 15 years I have taken stuff for hormones and suffered with bloating for over 30 years. Losing 12 kilos and clearing the blockages, now I don't take anything for hormones and suffer no more bloating. It's been a crazy time and seeing positive results is always a positive in knowing that you are making progress. Keep strong my healer friends know that you have got this. Hope your all enjoying your week it's been an intense few months for me. Have been enjoying the time to tap in and do some deep Ancestral Healing. While I have been enjoying the quiet time, I have also had some quiet time to work on different gut health products and poultices.
