The aim of this page is to share information about the P&C and its upcoming events with the school community. West Beechboro Primary School P&C is made up of dedicated parents and community citizens all working together to develop dynamic, creative fundraising opportunities to which all funds are donated directly to various school projects, equipment and the running of the school canteen. In doing

this, everyone in our school community benefits, especially our children. The P&C are delighted in offering the following fundraising activities:

* Mother’s Day hampers and vouchers
* Father's Day Stall
* Upper and lower school discos
* Sausage Sizzle and Pizza days
* Christmas Raffle
* Bunnings Sausage sizzle fundraiser

Volunteering for West Beechboro Primary School P&C is a great opportunity to become an active member in your school community and be involved in decisions pertaining to your child’s experience at the school. Being a P&C member doesn’t take up much time. There’s no need to attend every meeting or be involved in every activity. You can give as much or as little time as you like. All help is welcomed and valued. “Many hands make light work”. To keep parents informed with P&C activities we regularly speak at the school assembly, send information home with your children, place updates on this page, via the ‘West Beechboro Primary School - Independent Public School’ page and the WBPS schoozine e-newsletter. We welcome anyone with a vested interest in our school. Please call 9377 6091, email [email protected] for information and feel welcome to attend our meetings. How do you get involved? Just come along to a P&C meeting. Meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions and discuss issues of interest to you. Membership to the P&C is only $1.

Today we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and mateship of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZACs).

On ANZAC Day we reflect on those who served and continue to serve and we express our deepest gratitude for the freedoms we are privileged to enjoy today.

From all of us in the P&C, we acknowledge the resilience of our veterans and their families and we encourage our school community to take a moment of reflection and remembrance.

Lest we forget.

📣 P&C AGM Update – Stay Tuned!

Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting yesterday. We appreciate your time, input, and support as we continue working to strengthen our school community.

Over the coming days, we’ll be sharing:
• Key highlights and outcomes from the AGM
• A snapshot of last year’s successes
• Plans and priorities for the year ahead
• Introduction of our newly elected executive team

We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to keeping everyone informed as we move into a new year of initiatives and opportunities.

Thank you to everyone who supported our P&C bake sale at yesterday’s Harmony Cup! ⚽

We were delighted to be part of another great school community event and are pleased to share that we raised approximately $400 through the stall.

Every purchase, donation, and helping hand contributed to a successful day, and we sincerely appreciate the support from our families, staff, and wider school community.

Funds raised will go toward future school projects and help support ongoing P&C initiatives.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make the day such a success.
