“The tricky part of adopting AI is to give your staff the time to play around with it and get used to its functionality – giving them permission to do this on a personal topic of interest first can accelerate their comfort and uptake when you start to apply it to your business.”

This was one takeaway that stood out from last night's panel discussion on innovation, AI integration and sustainability of aged care.
