Gosnells Toy Library Providing over a thousand toys to the local community since 1974. Why buy when you can borrow?

The Gosnells Toy Library is a non-profit, community run organisation that provides its members with a large range of stimulating and educational toys, jigsaws and games etc. It is a inexpensive alternative to constantly having to buy new toys as well as reducing your environmental impact. It is a great way to keep up to date with your child's developmental needs without being left with many redundant toys. The Toy Library currently has over 1400 toys for your family to borrow.

Pretend play, storytelling, singing, puzzles and playing together all create opportunities for children to listen, communicate, learn new words and express their ideas. 💬✨

🔬✨ READY, SET, SCIENCE! 🧪🚀

From Saturday the 15th to Sunday the 23rd of August, it’s National Science Week! 🔭

Science week allows kids to play, experiment, make mistakes and try again! 🧠

So come on down to the Gosnells Toy Library and let your little ones explore with our fantastic selection of science based toys! Some of these include:

✨ Goldie Box and the Spinning Machine which puts a focus on engineering
✨ Magnetic body charts and human body models, focusing on human biology
✨All about space magnet set, with plenty more space themed toys
✨Our coding toys, including beebot and cubetto
✨and lots more

Our sessions will be running as normal:

🧬 Monday 17th, 9:30-11:30am
🧬 Thursday 20th, 3-5pm
🧬 Friday 21st, 9:30-11:30am
🧬 Saturday 22nd, 9:30-11:30am

We can’t wait to see all of our little scientists!
