When I talk about ‘Womb’ Healing, it’s not just for women with a womb or who have given birth.

It represents the deepest parts of self that are found in our core.

The abdomen is a vulnerable place.
There are no bones to protect the organs.
This is the space that we need protect and take care of the most.

Our deepest hurts and pains are often stored in this space.
Our organs hold emotion and memory.
Our womb holds all of those experiences that have affected and shaped us and stopped us from moving forward and healing.

However, our abdomen is often neglected when it comes to massage. Yet it does all the work required to power and fuel the body.

Womb massage targets those areas of vulnerability. Starting with the lower back and glutes, I work to free tension, emotion and pain to stabilise your foundation. In the abdominal region, I target each organ to bring flow to them and to help your body regain balance and health.

You will be held in a place you may have never experienced before. Tender, compassionate and loving, you will be empowered to reclaim your body and spirit in order to heal and move forward.
