100 Army Cadet Unit – Recruit March Out Parade

What an incredible evening for 100 Army Cadet Unit! Last night we celebrated the hard work, dedication and achievements of our newest cadets and leaders during our Recruit March Out Parade.

👏 Congratulations to our five recruits, who have successfully completed their recruit training and proudly marched out as Australian Army Cadets. Your commitment, determination and willingness to learn over the past 2 terms have been outstanding, and we look forward to watching each of you continue to grow as leaders within our unit.

We also congratulate:
⭐ Two cadets on their promotion to Lance Corporal, recognising their leadership, commitment and the confidence placed in them to take on greater responsibility.

⭐ One Army Cadet Staff member on promotion to Second Lieutenant (AAC). This promotion reflects dedication, professionalism and a continued commitment to developing the next generation of young leaders.

To our instructors, staff and families—thank you for your ongoing support. The success of our cadets is only possible through the encouragement, mentorship and countless hours invested behind the scenes.

This parade represents far more than promotions and qualifications—it represents teamwork, resilience, service and personal growth. It is a reminder of what can be achieved through commitment, discipline and supporting one another.

To our newest Cadets and newly promoted leaders: Wear your rank with pride, lead with integrity, and continue striving to be the very best version of yourselves. Every challenge you overcome, every lesson you learn and every parade you attend helps shape the leaders of tomorrow. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you, and we look forward to watching your journey continue.

A special acknowledgement to our 100 ACU Band, whose outstanding performance throughout the parade added a true sense of military tradition and pride to the evening. Their discipline, teamwork and musical talent were on full display, and they were an absolute credit to the unit. Thank you for helping make our Recruit March Out Parade such a memorable occasion.

Congratulations to everyone involved. The future of 100 Army Cadet Unit is looking incredibly bright, and we can't wait to see what our cadets achieve next.
