Reaching out doesn’t have to look a certain way.

Some people want to talk things through. Others find it easier to send a message, or to start by exploring support in their own time. What matters is finding an option that feels manageable for you.

Lifeline offers different ways to access support including call, text, online chat, and self guided resources through our Support Toolkit.

Support is available 24/7, so you can choose what feels right for you.

COLD WATER. WARM HEADS.
The Orange Winter Solstice Plunge is almost here.
Every year people ask us the same question:
"Why would anyone voluntarily jump into freezing cold water?"
Because getting a little uncomfortable can be good for you.
It's about challenging yourself. It's about resilience. It's about connection. And it's about having a bit of fun while supporting mental health in our community.
This year we're celebrating the 10th Orange Winter Solstice Plunge, and we're hoping to create our biggest and best plunge photo yet. Official Solstice Plunge beanies are available as an optional purchase when you register online and we're encouraging everyone to wear an official Solstice Plunge beanie DURING the plunge.
Not only will it keep your head a little warmer, it will help create an unforgettable sea of blue beanies in the water for our 10th anniversary photo.

So grab your beanie, bring your towel, gather your mates and join us for one of Orange's coolest traditions.
❄️ Cold water.
🧢 Warm heads.
💙 Strong community.
Register now via the event link and don't forget your beanie.
