Mental Health Mates Bathurst Welcome to Mental Health Mates Bathurst. We are a peer support group running walks in Bathurst and Blayney once a month. There are over 150 walks in the UK.

Mental Health Mates is a volunteer led walk that originated in the UK. The first one was led by Author Bryony Gordon in 2016. Mental Health Mates Bathurst was created from a strong desire to help those struggling. I wanted to create a space that was safe for people to come and talk without fear or judgement. To help people when they need it most.
