We are busy planning our first meeting of the year, but time flies and suddenly Easter & School Holidays are upon us, so we will wait until school holidays end so more people are available to attend.

If you have a suggestion for a guest speaker or would like to be a speaker yourself, you might like to see an activity or workshop or you may have a suggestion for a venue you would like to try, please let me know so we can work into putting this in action.

That's a Wrap for 2025!!

Thank to all that attended last night. It was great to have Julie Barrington as our guest speaker discussing how she will be returning to Bali in February to teach english to young students.

It was great hearing about the development of the school and Julies passion to spend 2026 in Bali teaching.

Where Julie teaches is a very poor region and supplies are hard to come by, so Julie is seeking donations of english & maths teaching books available from newsagencies, colouring books, craft kits, headlice tretment, and financial donations.

The 2nd part of our evening was our Christmas Celebration where we made ginger bread house, so much fun, laughter and creativity - well some of us 🤣🤣🤣

A few days late sorry.. I wanted to say a very big Thank You to our community for you wonderful donations for Share the Dignity - 'Its in the Bag'

Thank you to our Women in Business Members, A Big Thank You to Amber from Ambers Cafe for promoting this community event by promoting in store, chatting with your customers about it & being a drop off point for donations & allowing us to use your space on Saturday to pack bags. Could not have done it without your support 🩷🩷🩷

Overall we packed 30 bags on Sat for Adults, Teens & Mumz n Bubz. Thank you Pauline, Belinda, Taryn & myself.. it felt good packing those bags & hoping it might give a sense of comfort & support & maybe even a smile when most challenged 🩷

A big thanks also to local area coordinator Rachael for all of your assistance & support 🩷

Saturday we will host a packing party to put the bags together from 11am- 2pm.
