Successful Warm and Woolly Exhibition over the June Long Weekend
The Barraba Potters and Craft Guild members would like to thank everyone who helped, came to visit, made a purchase or enjoyed morning tea or lunch over the long weekend.
Friday morning saw Yarn Bombing of the seat and the trees in front of the Gallery and the Historical Society. It has sure brightened them up for the winter! Thank you to our tree bombers who braved the cold weather and helped.
Saturday and Sunday saw beautiful sunny winter days and a very busy time with sales and food service of morning tea and lunches.
A special thank you to Gerda, Jenny and Janice Smith for showing us you’re spinning and woolen embroidery skills and to everyone who loaned items for the “Yesteryear” display which added a great deal of interest to our exhibition.
