Ruby Mae's Wish

Ruby Mae's Wish The main objective of the charity is to raise funds to purchase vital equipment for Childrens Hospitals, to help the doctors and nurses care for sick kids.

After the tragic death of the Ruby Mae (forever 4) in April 2022, Nick & Kim Peake (Ruby's parents) decided to establish Ruby Mae's Wish to honour their beautiful daughter. Ruby always told everyone that she wanted to be a Doctor (or a mermaid). In this way we believe that Rubys spirit and caring nature can live on through helping others.

We are incredibly proud to share that Ruby Mae's Wish Paediatric Critical Care Education Day has been selected as a Finalist in the 2026 HNELHD Excellence Awards for the High Value Health Care: Patient Safety First Award.

This recognition reflects the dedication, passion and collaboration of everyone involved in creating an education day that supports safer, higher-quality care for critically ill children.

A heartfelt thank you to all our presenters, participants, volunteers and supporters who have helped make this initiative possible. We look forward to celebrating alongside the other finalists at the HNELHD Excellence Awards in October.
