Hey MTA,

Here's a compilation video from the Sunday Muster and Come and Try just gone by.

The name of the game that day was how many trees could we split. :D
Not just hit.

A great day with fantastic people.

Until next time. Aim small, Hit Small.

It was a beautiful day for archery, a beautiful day to fling some arrows, with some mates.

When we get an enthusiastic group of come & try attendee's like we had today, it makes the day run so much faster than it should. Boy did we have fun though.

While the Come & Try was being run, the other members of MTA were out on the course set up by the range captain.

All was running smoothly, but then a BBQ drama occurred. We had a leaky gas regulator almost putting a stop to lunch. But never fear, a member who lives close by came to the rescue. Phew!

Then after lunch, back on the range to fling a few more arrows to close off the day.

Member Reviews for the day.
"Thanks for the great day everyone"
And,
Lovely day, Thanks. 😄

See you next time MTA.

Apologies for the delay. Here are the scores for the Bruce Pascoe Memorial Shoot.

Over the weekend Macarthur Traditional Archers hosted the 3rd Bruce Pascoe Memorial Shoot.

On friday members of the club arrived at the property in Bargo and were met with torrential rain. We set up the course and set up camp and huddled under the shelter we built to stay warm and eat dinner. It rained, it poured, we prevailed.

Dinner was cooked by Helen and Jeff, we had pumpkin soup and a sausage on a roll. Hearty and filling it was very much appreciated.

On Saturday, El Presidente Simon, opened the muster with a few kind words about Bruce and the details about the day.

We then set off to field course 1 in the morning and the novelties in the arvo.
Late in the arvo we lit the camp fire (eventually) and sat around exchanging stories.

On Sunday morning we set out on the 1 arrow hunt course and a new spinning disk novelty. After lunch we had the presentation of awards presented by Bruce's son. Well done to those that won a trophy and also to everyone who attended.

It was a wonderful weekend of arrow flinging goodness.

Hey there good people of MTA,

Last Sunday we had a club muster and it turned out perfect. Arrows were let loose and some arrows decided that getting stuck in the tree behind the target was the better place live.

We also had a go of the rolling disks in the novelties section. Some top shots that day!

A great day was had by all.

See you all next time.
