Repost from Sea Turtle Alliance

Don’t forget it’s hatchling turtle season! Make sure your home, business or sporting lights don’t add to the glow and confuse little hatchlings into going the wrong wayā›”ļø

Don’t you love seeing the journey of our loggerhead turtles!

Kitty and Qunaba our satellite tracked loggerhead turtles have finished their nesting season at Mon Repos and have headed north.

Kitty's journey towards her home feed ground is shown in blue and is currently sitting on the western side of facing island near Gladstone Harbour. Quite a busy boating area Kitty, stay safe!

While Qunaba (red line) is also headed north but staying out further, cruising through Mast Head reef, near North West Island.

Can't wait to see where their journey home takes them!

Thank you Ocean Crusaders
