The Bankstown Workers With Youth Network (BWWYN) is a formal youth workers network aimed at bringing together local service providers and addressing youth issues. BWWYN consists of a dedicated network of professionals working towards common goals for youth and youth services in the Bankstown LGA. BWWYN's Objectives are to:
- Exchange information of relevant services and events in the Bankstown LGA

- Develop strong links between service providers within the community;
- Facilitate the efficient use of services and resources in the Bankstown LGA;
- Encourage professional development;
- Create a forum for discussion and research about relevant topical issues;
- Advocate for change and alleviate problems that arise in the community; and
- Improve the public profile of the community.
