Despite the rainy weather☔, we were delighted to see such a wonderful turnout at today’s Steady and Strong to Avoid a Fall community event, delivered in collaboration with Exercise Right Week Australia.

Attendees learned practical ways to improve strength and balance to support healthy ageing, while also taking part in simple and enjoyable exercises they can continue at home.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a warm and engaging morning.
