Creative Connections Art Therapy Group! 🎨

BRMC and WRISC are pleased to offer the Creative Connections Art Therapy Group for women from migrant backgrounds who have experienced family violence. 🫶

This supportive group provides a calm and welcoming space for women to come together, connect with others, and take part in gentle creative activities.

No artistic skills are needed. The group is about expression, connection, reflection and wellbeing, not about creating perfect artwork.

Through art therapy, participants may experience relaxation, increased confidence, emotional support, social connection and a sense of safety in a respectful group environment.

The group will run for eight weeks at Ballarat Technology Park, commencing Thursday 16 July 2026, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Women who are interested in joining or learning more are warmly encouraged to contact BRMC for further information: [email protected] or call 0492 834 281
