🏅 Congratulations to all of our Round 77 Ballarat Sports Foundation Scholarship recipients!

It was wonderful to celebrate the achievements of so many talented local athletes and individuals who continue to represent Ballarat with pride across a wide range of sports.

A sincere thank you to our valued sponsors for their ongoing support, and to Ballarat City Council for hosting the presentation evening. We also thank Deputy Mayor Cr Ben Taylor & ambassador Shayne Reese for presenting the scholarships and helping us recognise the dedication and commitment of our recipients.

We look forward to supporting the next group of athletes, with Round 78 applications opening on 1 October.

Today I had the pleasure of attending the Ballarat Sports Foundation Awards.

As an ambassador, I feel incredibly lucky to witness firsthand the depth of emerging talent we have here in Ballarat.

I was especially proud to present to Kolbe Poole, who was also the recipient of the Rex Hollioake Award, a fantastic achievement. Congratulations, Kolbe!

A huge congratulations to all scholarship recipients. It was wonderful to meet so many of our local athletes and hear about their journeys and passion for their sports.

The Ballarat Sports Foundation does an incredible job supporting young athletes with financial assistance and encouragement so they can focus on reaching their full sporting potential.

Our region is in very good hands for the future of sport. 🧡💙
