If you or anyone you know has a penchant for live theatre - please let them know about the special gala performance tomorrow night (Friday 30 October) of Dead Man's Cell Phone by the Ballarat National Theatre Inc These wonderful people are fundraising for us.

We are so grateful that they chose FECRI.

There is a beautiful show, a glass of complimentary w**e or sparkling - and the chance to help them reach their goal of raising $5K for us.

However ticket sales have fallen short and we need to sell another 60 in the next 24 hours.

If you can buy a ticket and come along, or promote this event far and wide - it will make a big difference. $30 for adults and $25 concession

FRIDAY'S GALA IS NOT SOLD OUT!

We've discovered a little booking confusion! If you've tried to book for Friday's special performance of Dead Man's Cell Phone and found it unavailable, don't give up!

The FECRI Gala performance has its own booking link, separate from the regular performances.

Ballarat National Theatre is hoping to raise $5,000 for cancer research, and we'd love you to help fill the theatre!

These absolute champions have decided to put their backsides on the line for cancer research at FECRI, with a rather ambitious target of $20,000!

Now, 200km is a fair hike on any bike, let alone a B.M.X!

This is not one of them.

On Friday 16 October, A La Grecque is putting on a gloriously slow, four-hour Greek lunch in support of cancer research at FECRI.

Settle in. Eat extraordinarily well. Raise a glass or two. Talk for far longer than you normally get the chance to. And know that while you’re doing all of that, you’re helping support cancer research happening right here in Ballarat.

There are just a few places left - and bookings close today (Friday 2 October).
So if spending four hours around a table with good people and wonderful Greek food sounds like your idea of doing your bit for cancer research, this one has your name all over it.
