A huge shout out to the students and staff at NBSC Manly Campus and NBSC Cromer Campus for taking on The Push-Up Challenge this year!

Over the past few weeks, you've shown incredible commitment, energy and community spirit while helping raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing across our community.

As we head into the final days of the challenge, we want to say thank you for every push-up completed, every conversation started, and every dollar raised. Your efforts are helping Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli continue to provide support for people across the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore.

EOFY Giving: Your donation can be doubled

Every donation made before midnight on 30 June will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $40,000.

That means your tax-deductible EOFY gift can go twice as far to help Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli be here when someone reaches out in crisis.

Right now, your gift can have double the impact:
$39 becomes $78 — helping answer two crisis support calls.
$100 becomes $200 — helping support our Balgowlah Crisis Support Centre as demand continues to grow.
$250 becomes $500 — helping train Crisis Supporters with the skills they need to support someone in distress.

Gather your friends and join us for a fun-filled evening of trivia, delicious food and community connection at The Bally, all while supporting Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli's local crisis support and su***de prevention services.

No one should have to carry their burdens alone.

Richard, a local volunteer Crisis Supporter at our Balgowlah Crisis Support Centre, knows how important it can be to have someone there to listen in a moment of crisis.

After his family experienced the devastating su***de of his brother-in-law, Andrew, Richard was moved to train with Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.

Today, he helps provide calm, compassionate and judgement-free support to people reaching out in distress.

This tax time, your donation to our Everyone Needs Hope Appeal helps train and support local volunteer Crisis Supporters like Richard, so someone in crisis can be met with a calm voice, a listening ear and practical support when they need it most.

Last Sunday, we celebrated the incredible volunteers who make Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli stronger every day. 💙

During our Volunteer Week celebration, we recognised volunteers nominated by their peers and staff for the care, dedication and impact they bring to our community. Congratulations to all the nominees and winners of these awards.

This week, we launch our Everyone Needs Hope Appeal in support of our local Balgowlah Crisis Support Centre.

Crisis is not always visible. Someone in our community may be struggling quietly — a neighbour, colleague, friend or loved one.

For someone in crisis, hope can begin with connection: a calm voice on the other end of the line, someone who listens without judgement, helps ease distress, and supports them towards a safer next step.

Your support helps ensure trained Lifeline Crisis Supporters are there when someone in our community reaches out.

Together, we can help ensure no one across the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore faces crisis alone.
