Sovereign Ark is extending a heartfelt invitation to a like-hearted soul to join our conscious community in Baldivis, Western Australia. Nestled across 5 acres of sacred land, Sovereign Ark is a registered charity and living sanctuary dedicated to sustainability, self-mastery, and service to our conscious community.

We currently have a rare opening to lease a king-size room within our beautifully renovated main homestead. This is more than accommodation—it is a call to become a custodian, a contributor, and a co-creator of a regenerative way of life.

This beautiful studio will be available again from February 2026. This is a unique opportunity to lease a brand new, self-contained, energy efficient studio on a permaculture project located in Baldivis. Sovereign Ark is a registered charity developing the land as a conscious community and nature retreat, to teach sustainability and host conscious events.
Located on 5 acres in rural Baldivis WA, a small residential community is living on the land and caring for the land. We are inviting like-minded people to join us, enjoy this beautiful land and benefit from our joint care and custodianship. We are opening this space to others who share the same dream but can't achieve it on their own.

This will suit individuals, couples or single parents of school aged children who:
