The Hall can be hired out for many types of events and funtions including Wedding Ceremonies &/or Receptions, Birthday Parties, Reunions and Community Group activities. Please message us or call for more info and prices
MT TAYLOR HALL HIRE FEES
Function/Reception hire –
$190 plus $300 bond (returned if no damage)
Includes full hall hire with use of all equipment. Also includes access 3 days pri
or to event for set up. Please Note that no cooking is permitted and limited use of power is permitted prior to event. Should you require these facilities prior to your event, please contact Hall for details. Hall & kitchen hire with no equipment –
$150 plus $300 bond (returned if no damage)
Does not include any equipment including cutlery, trestle or table hire. Equipment for day hire -
• Trestle table & chair hire $40 per day plus $40 bond (provided no damage)
• Cutlery & crockery hire $40 per day plus $40 bond (provided no damage)
Wedding Ceremony hire –
$130 plus $150 bond (returned if no damage)
Includes full hall hire use (except kitchen facilities). Please Note limited use of power is permitted prior to event. Should you require extra facilities, please contact Hall for details. Wet weather wedding ceremony alternative hire (Plan B) –
$70 booking fee (non-refundable) plus $60 if Hall is used and a $150 bond (returned if no damage). Includes full hall hire use (except kitchen facilities). Also includes access 3 days prior to event for set up (provided the remaining $60 and bond have been paid). PLESE NOTE: A Hall hire agreement must be signed upon booking
