🏆✨ What an incredible privilege to be part of the Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour 2026 at the Bacchus Marsh RSL.

A heartfelt thank you to the Victoria Racing Club and the Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour 2026 team, including Melbourne Cup winning Jockey and Cup Ambassador Damien Oliver for visiting our wonderful community and giving everyone the opportunity to get up close to Australia's most iconic sporting trophy.

It was fantastic to see so many people come together to celebrate the rich history, tradition, and community spirit that the Melbourne Cup inspires across the country. Events like these create lasting memories and showcase the importance of connecting regional communities with one of Australia's most treasured sporting symbols.

Thank you again to the Victoria Racing Club, Lexus, and everyone involved in bringing the tour to Bacchus Marsh. We are grateful for your visit and the opportunity to share in this special experience.

🏇🏆✨

Today, Bacchus Marsh RSL proudly commemorated **Vietnam Veterans Day**, honouring the service and sacrifice of all those who served in the Vietnam War.

It was wonderful to come together with our veterans, their families, friends and members of our community to remember, reflect and pay our respects.

A heartfelt thank you to all our veterans and families for joining us today. Your presence, stories and continued support mean so much to our RSL community.

**Lest We Forget. 🇦🇺🌺**

The Bacchus Marsh RSL Committee would like to thank this wonderful community who came to the Dawn Service ANZAC Day. We value the support of you all. The SES year after year do the gunfire breakfast enjoyed by all and organised by Kylie Logan with the RSL. The local businesses have shown their support donating food for the event donations to the RSL for the benefit of the Veterans. Thank you our local councillors and mayor, the schools who attended and the students taking part in the service. Thank you to Story House Telford Park and the Bacchus Marsh service clubs and footy clubs who support us, thank you to all. The wreaths were wonderful from Main Street Florist and Mel’s Blooms Maddingley. Thank you Mrs B,s coffee.
We hope you all enjoyed service person Shane Layt’s production on the screen.
The Volunteers work hard especially throughout the ANZAC appeals two weeks prior to this very special day.
Thank you for your comments already posted we strive to do our best and take on board your constructive feedback.
Our sincerest thanks
