That’s a wrap for us labouring on our first FDC Building site supporting everyone from start to finish with the build of this epic childcare centre in Baldivis for G8 Education

Thank you to Robert at FDC for seeing and believing in our vision for young people and giving us a chance back in December 2021 to start labouring on FDC sites, your support has allowed us to give 7 young people the opportunity to gain paid experience in the building and construction industry,the ripple effect of that has seen us gain more work through other mob and 3 of our boys move on to full time employment in the same industry with other mob 💞.

We look forward to working with you all again soon.

10 Weeks into 2….. …wait have you met our boss Aunty Tarns? 🤣
So our mob and Aunty travelled out to beautiful to t/a on a residential build for two beautiful locals and their family.

We are so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to travel the land, learn many new skills and be guided by so many wonderful trades….and being fed and taken care of with our afternoon 🥰

We are a new labour hire company seeking employment/placement opportunities for our young people.

We are about working with young people to educate & empower them to be the change they want in their own lives and to create a positive and lasting ripple effect for themselves, their families and the wider community .

We are doing this by not only getting them various work however by also mentoring them both on and off the job site and creating connections that will last lifetimes.
