This Friday we're so excited to have Robyn returning, we've missed her! She's arriving with a BANG as she will show us how to make a Baked Chicken Red Curry. Think your favourite red curry, in one pot and pop it in the oven. Simple, delicious and perfect for a cold night.

This Friday we're welcoming our dear FLO regular and guest chef, Keryn, as she will show us how to make Northern African Meatballs. Think paprika, cumin, ginger, tomato... served with cous cous. It is deliciously decadent and is the perfect meal for the end of Autumn.

This Friday, we have another guest chef gracing our kitchen! Mardi is going to show us how to make deliciously stuffed pumpkin, with loads of variations to make this a show-stopping main or a side dish.

How incredible was our Easter Focaccia Workshop! Enjoy this wonderful video, made by our youngest team member, Ada.

We are so excited to launch into Term 2 this week! As the weather cools, we can’t wait to share a bunch of delicious Autumn flavoured meals with you as we cook together, eat together and make enough to give away!

EASTER FOCACCIA WORKSHOP!
This Friday, we are thrilled to welcome guest chefs and hospitality extraordinares, Luke and Jess, to the kitchen bench. They will be teaching us how to make a variety of different focaccias as we gather together for our annual Easter workshop.
Each year we focus on a bread dish, and we learn about what this delicious carb has to do with this ancient celebration.
We will enjoy cooking together, nibbles and great conversation. We would love you to join us!

Our first Picnic with Pizzaz was a roaring success! We had a wonderful time learning to make a range of delicious Asian foods, and then enjoyed devouring it while watching the sunset at Austi beach!

and just like that... It's February!

School is going back, most of us have been dragging our feet into the office, or attempting to reboot our brains back into work-mode for a few weeks now... but summer is still in the air. This term, we're hoping to savour the last weeks of the silly, salty and sweaty season, by sticking our heads (and toes) in the sand and declaring "life is a picnic!"

We had a great deal of fun planning this series, "Picnics with Pizzaz" and look forward to sharing it with you all.

We're starting this week with Asian Inspired "picnic foods." Think rice paper rolls and dipping sauce, Thai lettuce cups (Larb G*i), Vietnamese Chicken sandwiches, Jars of Coconut tapioca with lychees and pineapple…. Mmm!! And just for fun (weather depending) we will be taking it all down to Austi pool to eat. So bring your walking shoes – and your swimmers if you are keen.

Meet "as usual" in The Hub Kitchen at 6pm on Friday. We'll wander down to Austi Beach from 7.
