PCYC Ashmore was established in 1983 and is a multi-purpose facility including a gym, dance rooms, fitness rooms, boxing facilitates, multi-purpose hall, School Age Care facilities and the Ashmore Bicycle Safety Centre. The Club provides the community of Ashmore & neighbouring suburbs the opportunity to actively participate in affordable educational, sporting, recreational & cultural activities, as well as youth development avenues. PCYC Ashmore has hosted numerous community events and developed strong working relationships with local schools and key organisations within our community. Our Club enjoys a strong partnership with the Gold Coast City Council and through this relationship many successful initiatives, events and programs have been co-ordinated between the two organisations. Our partnership with Keebra Park High School has seen the Annex, an alternative education program, be developed and assist up to 25 students each term who are out of the mainstream schooling system. This program enables 12 to 14 year old students who have been suspended or expelled from school to continue with their education whilst developing social skills and resilience. Our state of the art gym is family friendly whilst being one of the biggest facilities on the Gold Coast. Come down and see just how much we have to offer you and your family.

🎣 Blue Lures Fishing Program

Gold Coast and Ashmore PCYC Blue Lures fishing program enjoyed a great morning fishing at Broadbeach on Saturday!

Despite some windy conditions, we managed to catch nine good sized bream, all safely released, of course.

Fishing is a great outdoor activity for young people, helping to develop patience, focus, confidence and fine motor skills.

For more information on upcoming Blue Lures fishing sessions, including dates and locations, get in touch with either club!

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations, Osher! We knew you could do it! πŸš—βœ…

Osher has been a hardworking and dedicated participant throughout her journey. Always eager to learn, she took every opportunity to improve and embraced the advice and guidance provided by her mentors along the way.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and all the effort that went into reaching this milestone. Your determination, positive attitude, and commitment have truly paid off.

A huge shout out to the mentors from both our Gold Coast and Ashmore sites who supported O throughout her journey. Thank you for generously sharing your time, knowledge, patience, and encouragement. This achievement would not have been possible without your support.

A driver licence is more than just a licence. It’s independence, opportunity, and confidence for the future. Thank you to all our amazing mentors for helping make this special gift possible.

Congratulations again, O. We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see where the road takes you next! πŸ’™πŸŽ‰
