Today’s Special Lunch was filled with polite kids, big smiles, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes. We want to give a giant thank you to our amazing group of parent volunteers. It was wonderful to see so many first-timers helping out and making the day run so smoothly!

We also want to show some love to the local businesses that supported us:

Huge thanks to Moon Sushi for providing such a delicious meal, and to Dulwich Hill Fruit Shop for supplying the fresh fruit for dessert. We are so lucky to have such a supportive community.

What a way to wrap up the year! ☀️🍦
A massive THANK YOU to everyone who braved the heatwave to join us for our end-of-year picnic. Seeing our Yeo Park community come together despite the soaring temperatures was the perfect way to celebrate.
A huge shoutout to our favorites at for staying open just for us and keeping everyone fueled with those delicious cookies and milk! We love you guys! 🍪🥛
The water gun fight was definitely the highlight—there’s no better way to beat the heat than a super-soaked battle. 🔫💦
Finally, we want to say a bittersweet farewell to our wonderful Year 2 students. Congratulations on your graduation! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you do at your “big schools” next year. We will miss you! 🎓✨

Behind every great school event is a team of legends behind this terms Special Lunch! 🌭🔥

A huge shoutout to our incredible volunteers who braved the heatwave to pull off our End-of-Year Special Lunch. Standing over a hot tray of snags in this weather is no small feat, and we are so grateful for your time and energy to make sure every student had a smiling face, a hot sausage sandwich and delicious cookies!

IT’S HERE! 🎨✨

We are so incredibly proud to share these photos of our new school mural by acclaimed First Nations artist, Zachary Bennett-Brook ( ).

This beautiful project has created a vital and inclusive space for every child at Yeo Park to connect to Country.

The P&C was able to bring this vision to life by successfully winning a Community Building Partnership grant 2025.

A huge thank you to for sharing his talent with us, and to the Community Building Partnership for investing in our school.

We were thrilled to welcome The Hon. Jo Haylen MP to Yeo Park School today, presenting a cheque for $11,832 from the Community Building Partnership 2025.

Thanks to our amazing P&C, this funding will help us partner with First Nations artist Zachary Bennett-Brook and create inclusive spaces where every child can connect to Country. 💚
